i dont think the ground should be an issue, Milan dont own their own ground and they dont do too bad do they? :D

a pro setup if we do well or not this year shoul be put in place.

Agree. While I would like to see the Cross in City's hands officially - I think a pro set up is more important and should come first.

I'm not particularly bothered about the ownership of the ground, once we have an assurance we won't get turfed out at the drop of a hat. Many top/well-known teams don't own their own grounds-e.g. Old Trafford is owned by the council, not manc. utd; most italian grounds are state-owned(i think)because mussolini built practically all of them.
Pro set-up is crucial. it must be done. it is a leap of faith, but one the board must take.

look at our average placing since we were formed ( anorak job for someone ), and you'll find quiet a good average position..

I rememberin a programme a couple of years ago that a table was compiled of all the points over the previous 10 years and I think that City were first, but I might be wrong.
