did ne1 see the irish football magazine last nite on sky sports,

there were doing a profile on clinton morrison training with ireland when he first started and when they showed him training alan carey was there training with him,

honestly my did not decieve me.

Alan was "invited to train" with the Irish U21 squad in the past. I think he also got a run out in the eL U21 selection this week that played the senior Irish side in a warm-up game.

The footage you saw was probably from one of the joint Ireland/U21 training sessions...

I presume you were referring to the Soccer Show now shown on Sky on friday afternoons?

IMO i still belive this being "invited to train" yark is an insult to players that deserve more. Alan Carey is better than players playing reserve foorball in england!!!

he deserves to be in the under21 squad what with his recent performences.hes the best wing back in the el by far
