Think that should say Patrick Mullins who is a centre half
carrick surely have 1 or 2 players good enough for this squad who haven t been capped with irish juniors yet. some very good munster senior league players included from cork maybe few more could have been included in squad as league is very competitive up there this year, alot of good players and teams. also chris higgins, jimmy carr and ritchie ryan are top class players from tsdl so its a strong squad of players and im sure a few will impress in this fixture and hope to give gerry smith something to think about in future international squads

There's two good young prospects for future in Neville and Mullins but playing at consistent level in every match

Congrats to all 4 LDMC players. Neville, Goggin and Mullins all very young and well done to Pah again.
Neville has been v good anytime iv seen him the last couple of years. Mullins and Goggin are both 21/22 and IMO the best centre backs in town.
No hartnett?? A bit of a surpise! How come no Wayne Fitz from Carrick either?

Bit of a Shock that there isn't more from Limerick included. Only 2 from Pike and 1 from Fairview. Surely something amiss there no? Strong representation from South Munster alright. Still find it strange that Limerick are lacking in selection..
nononsense

I think established players like Wayne Fitz etc were omitted as management know how good they are. I think this is an opportunity to look at possible new blood for the future.

The Regions Cup is strictly an amateur competition so that's why there seems to be some strange omissions. No ex league of ireland players allowed or players that have played semi-pro or pro anywhere. 100% fact

its easier to get capped for ireland or get trials with english teams than it is to get on anyting in this country.

Finished in a 3-3 draw. Entertaining enough but difficult to know who impressed as players not familiar to me. Both teams used about 18 players. Conditions were ideal for football and St.Michaels had Cooke Park in excellent shape.

I heard Mullins played brilliant at right full for 45 minutes and its not ever his best position, Neville also played 45 minutes making a few decent saves. Mc Garry played most of the match and played well from what I heard and Goggin played alright. From that report the Limerick boys did well.

a gang of us went down to cooke park for this and to be fair it was a good game.pick of the limerick lads was mcgarry, started left full and just before we left he was moved to centre half where he performed equally as well definitely the standout player along with a st.micheals player who came on at right full for the second half but dont know his name.did not think mullins was great but steady enough was subbed at halftime, neville and goggins did well enough, neville came on at halftime but the keeper on for first half very good.some good players on irish u-21s but poor defending from them on corners and frees.

That is a good account. The St.Michaels player who came on for the second-half and had a stormer was Chris Higgins, normal position left-back but played right-back. The goalkeeper in the first-half was Ritchie Ryan from Clonmel Town who is an excellent keeper.
