Are ye wondering who ye will be playing in the 5th round?? Quayside are no mugs but judging by yer wins in Cork and Westport ye should have too much for them.
No Longshanks. Just keeping a record of all results for this year and was confused about that tie. No my style to take teams for granted. What sort of side are Quayside?

keeping an eye on the results/deaw meself, a lot of football to be played yet but this is how I see the last 8:
Leitrim/Hibs v East/St Pats - Hibs
Skyvalley/Yeats v Oranmore/Manor - Oranmore
Ballisodare/Ballygawley v Cliffoney/Boyle - Boyle
Shiven/Manulla v Castlebar/Ballyhane - Manulla
Westport/Corrib R v Dunmore/Ballyhaunis - Westport
Athenry/Mervue v Cartron/Salthill - Athenry
Quayside/Ballinasloe v OLBC/Erris - Ballinasloe
Carbury/Kilkerrin v Ballina/Strand - Carbury

Shiven have a good chance against manulla this weekend. manulla out of season at moment which will be a big help. Shiven will be set up to defend and hit on the break. Can be hard to break down at home. struggling in league this year but may be able to lift themselves for cup

I would go Hibs(cert), Skyvalley (home town decisions), Boyle(will have to do it the hard way), Castlebar (shiven with 2 home draws my be surprise package), Westport (cert), Mervue (upset going very well this season), Ballinasloe (Erris fresh and will be hard test but home draw advantage), Ballina (haven't seen carbury and Ballina play nice ball) .................................................. .......................... time will tell!

best of luck to Ballinasloe, Hibs and Athenry at the weekend in the FAI Junior Cup, would be a great boost for Connacht football if all 3 could progress to the last 8 of the national competition. Ballinasloe at home to St Peters, Athenry away to Clonmel and Hibs away to Cavan town, all tough ties but all winable too

CJC Semi Final Result:
Athenry 2-1 Oranmore
Athenry came through the semi final with a hard fought win over oranmore. Oranmore took the lead midway during first half , Athenry upped the pace for 20mins and replied with a Header by Emmet Byrne from a corner and a well took goal from Seamie Crowe. Athenry took the foot off the gas in the second half and held out for another final appearance, Oranmore also had a dubious penalty awarded by the notorious ref (vry suprised he was allowed ref a Connacht Cup Semi) 2 mins from time, but this was well saved by kieran kilkelly.
Anyone know where the final is supposed to be held or will it be decided after the B,Sloe vs Hibs game is played next weekend?
