It has to be plausible to make people fall for it in the first place.

It seems to me that the general response is that rather than just admit being taken in, people want to somehow turn it round on the Bohs fans who came up with it.

He was totally exonorated of the charges brought against him relating to an alleged 'obscene gesture', he got booked for his celebration. I'm worse for replying to a wummer like yourself.
