wtf is going on here .I thought Charleville missed out on promotion last year but it seems that three teams went up AGAIN. It has been proven year after year that the LDMC wudnt run tap

Heard Weston got two good beatings from Prospect and Moyross and the Weston manager has packed it in. Heard this from a lad that knows the Weston manager.

Weston got beat 7-0 by a very very strong Moyross team which field`d a lot of boro/balla/ ex limerick players which will probably sign ..Moyross are a well drilled team and would match any primer team as for prospect we never played them and as for a beating i doubt that very much jofspring .Weston have 5 new players that will be signing and a very good keeper there manager may step down to family commitments but the foundations are there for another impressive season

ano one hear about the new team called northside legacy.they are putting in two teams.dont know what divisions they are going to be in or where they are going to play.they are being supported by a committee,which is maurice quinlivan(.councillor)kevin kiely ex mayor and tom short another councillor,maybe it has something to do with regeneration.any one else hear this.

i heard they are going to be using shels old pitch LPYMA but not 100 %

Only saw this comment now. Ya Caherdavin B will most likely be pulled from 3A or 2B, whichever division they where supposed to be in, unless they get a new manager and pull in some players.

It's sad to say, but there's not much chance of that happening. It's one of the least appealing clubs to play for in Limerick.

They'll keep struggling to attract/keep people until they get their own permanent pitch and dressing rooms. Which is a shame, because there are some very talented players living in the area.

Well George, could we have the pleasure of knowing who you are? Admirer from a far?

Anyway ya added one or two players this year.Going to be a massive squad. But as in previous years everyone has a part to play, be it driving on other fellas in training, or being ready when called upon to make a telling contribution. You know yourself it takes 20plus fellas to win a league.

With regards to A's they have added a couple as well, which is great to see.For too long we have been getting hurt by the GAA boys(and through no fault of their own) when the season comes to a close ,anybody playing county is unavailable.Its a shame but I think management have realized this and put the wheels of change in motion.We are too small a town to be competing with Boro Pike Fairview by only producing local players alone.Its looks like this year will be distinctly different and I for one CAN'T WAIT.Baalbec abu!

if u ask me kilmallock are the team to beat again this year, but then again you will never no!

Coonagh have done it and Moyross are currently doing it and Killmallock aren't far behind. I would fancy Killmallock again this year but i think it will be another tight one in the end. Last season it looked like Killmallock where going to walk it but ended up being a little tighter than that.

If Polia Lumini have a strong team out i think their games with Killmallock will be the best in the league. Having played both teams, they both like to play a bit of ball and are both fit teams.

We'll see .Its going to be a long season and we won't be taking anything for granted , that's for sure. I just hope we start well .

Almost 100% sure there gone, a lot of the players went out to Coonagh, they tried to get a team together but dont think it worked for them

they were a sound bunch of lads we in kilmallock had a lot of respect for them and were really looking forward to our meetings
with them this year as we had some good tussles last year lets hope the club can get it together and get that b team back asap

as in previous seasons we will be giving 100% we have had a good pre season and just waiting for the season to start
we have lost a lot players from our squad last year got in a few new signings and have got a couple of 17s and minors in so hopefully we can get the blend right as this is
a very strong league with some very strong teams i think we will be satisified with a top half finish

Ya we had some good games with ye over the last two seasons. Always very competitive matches and both teams always tried to play a bit of ball. Basically all the players from that Caherdavin team, give or take 3 or 4 players are now playing out in Coonagh with the A's and some with the B's.

hyde battered weston villa 6 2,villa had 2 sent off and hyde 1.no11 for hyde scored 2 cracking goals.weston very poor,and their discipline didn't help either.
