Correct...he was on loan with us for end of our promotion season in Div 1 and towards the end Robbie Farrell and Trevor Vaughan were prefared to him!!!

He got injured which allowed Farrell back in after he came back from injury.

Ah dodge you have to admit he probably played his best football for years last season
i have to say he surprised me but he had a good season

No question. He was very good last year. I was just pointing out that several teams could've missed him and carried on, which is the opposit of what the poster was tring to say. He had a great season, but he's nowhere near as invalueable as twigg is/was

Just like I saw a handful of incidents this weekend too but I never once claimed I saw them ALL!
Unsurprisingly, you've missed the point once again. Hilarious as this is, I couldn't care enough anymore to keep responding.

Well then don't reply then if its upsetting you! You have completely missed my point and keep trying to put words in mouths at this stage.

Desmond always tended to save his best performances for the last year of his contract. He's never had anything else to fall back on so when the pressure's on in terms of his livelihood he'll improve. Doesn't surprise me he didn't do much for Dundalk. He went on loan to UCD from Shels once and did his very best to get sent back early due to hating Doolin and being annoyed that Shels hadn't allowed him go to us that year. He's a bit temperamental, likes to feel appreciated I think.

Cheers Gareth, although I don't know if I should have asked now that I've seen the result. Good to see sligo23 "get" me.

He's completely right, dillonman. Seven cards in one weekend does not automatically make for bad refereeing, and he's shown that's exactly what the point being made was.

Revenge ? because you think the ref made a bad call(s) - excluding of course his call on the penalty when the lino had flagged for a free out ! (thats a good bad call I presume). I though kendricks second yellow was harsh but any sympathy was lost when he started playacting to the crowd.

read in the evening herald yesterday that rovers have made a worst start to a season this season even far worse than in 2005 when they had two points ...

I presume he was just showing how many cards he picked up - two yellows, one red.
