Paul Kenny is a very popular choice at right back and deserves to make the team of the season. Paul is also a graduate from Westport United Youths. He was undoubetdly one of the main architects in Charlestown's historic season.:highfive:

That is the very same footballer indeed, yes, and he was prolific enough at U.12s.

Yea seem to remember him playing with young Goggins and Ryder and tormenting young defenders in his youth. How did he end up at right back?? Where did he spend his teenage years?? and how did Charlestown pick him up??

Paul Kenny remained in Westport up to U.18s. He's been living in Charlestown now for the last few years and only started to play again two years ago. The gaffer there put him in right back and he hasn't looked back since.

i dont see a thread started yet for the new season, any guesses as to who the strongest teams are this year, hard to predict
Manulla B and Ballyhaunis I suppose would be the favourites, lots of B teams in this division so it's hard to tell.

Playing for Mulranny alright. Agree with you that he is a good strong player but to go as far as saying he owns the midfield i would have to disagree...

Came off second best in a war of attrition today, good in the air, hard in the tackle, an absolute clown with the ball at his feet.

Average/Dirty player, terrible personality! Mulranny is a great move for him, he can own the whole pitch now if he wants it's is so small.
