Colin P O 'Brien - Cork City Loan Good signing, a bit disappointed that it's only a loan deal but still a good player to have on baord.

Stephane Jauny - Crusaders (NI) --Paperwork to Follow Sounds foreign. Will have to suss out a Crusaders MB to find out more.

Thomas Hughes - Waterford (From Cork) Impressed against Dublin City both in midfield and at left-back.

William Delaney - St. James Gate (From Kilkenny) Tall guy and acordingly good in the air. I thought he looked average enough, most of the people who saw him didn't rate him at all. Surprised he's been retained.

Frank Browne & Shane O'Donghue Short-term contracts I presume?

Mike Kerley

Alan Barry - Abbey Rovers the pick of the bunch against Dublin City. Strong, fast and hard-working. Looked good.

James Sugrue

Mike Ahern - Janseboro Good first half against Dublin City. The second half of that game and the first half last night (all I saw) were a bit more worrying.

Ross Cossgrave

Jimmy Fyffe

Conor Molan

John Whyte

Paul Finucane

Stephen O'Mahony

John Healy

David Conway - Lisseltoon Rvrs/Kerry U21 Will have to wait and see. I suspect that the best of the Kerry players (like our two) will have already been snapped up but hopefully he'll do well.

Ebbie Quigley - Parkville Utd (Carlow) No idea, can't remember who he was.

There was another lad who played at right-full for the second half against Dublin City called Keith something who I expected to be signed... We can't have everything I suppose. Fingers crossed anyway.

No mention of Mr.Jauny on Crusaders' Website (http://www.crusadersfc.com). Have e-mailed them in a bid to get more info. We'll have to wait and see.

I googled him and turns out he played with Home Farm Fingal in 1999 - a centre half. That's all I got so far.

Apart from Colin P who plays upfront, what positions do the rest of the new signings usually play?

I partly guessed that .... City wouldn't leave him go just like that. He will do very well ..... but we want him back :) !!
