As reliable as me talking to Mr. Eamon hughes last friday nite on the Phone after the game and meeting him saturday nite for a drink and a chat about this situation, and whats the big deal about lets be serious for a moment, shamrock rovers paying him €600+ per week and travel expencises or limerick offering a meesly €130, and to a previous post "i make no personel gain" from this the only person to gain is jason, and heres another little fact for ye that mite open your eyes, Wolves and Man city were in contact with limerick about bringing jason over on trials but limerick stopped it, why? Because they said he had been injured for 4 weeks and wasnt ready to go, it makes me wonder would this have anything to do with jasons exsisting 1 year contract almost being up and now limerick being so adoment that he signs a new 2 year contract. so who is in it for the personnel gain or maybe financial???????:):)
all speculative rubbish. if if if shams had being offering 600 per week then its called tapping up as hes still in contract is he not??
is jason on that money with limerick? some "friend" of jason u are if your putting his alledged wage on a forum.
no one would stand in the way of any player progressing in his or her football career hence Jason being missing for the first ten or so games at the starrt of the season with ireland and yes tru injury from the international games.
you also seem to say that money is the only reason a young player would be playing ball for. we in limerick have other great attributes to our club but you woulnt know not being from limerick
you have joined foot with one clear agenda.....and thats the hype up somehow a release of jason and other young players.
limerick have done their business properly and all players have been sent letters of retention (thus the player cant go anywhere without limericks consent/compensation)
so with that in mind get your club to fork out say.....€50,000 there young man

And that Limerick are about to re-sign him for next season and are also helping him with getting a job through our chairman.
If Rovers did offer him a contact please send on the details to the FAI as Jason is under contract with Limerick and as he is under-23 Limerick would be due compensation if he decides to leave for another club.

Compensation between LOI clubs is very small per season played and I think counts from the age of 13. His former junior and underage clubs would get the most of it

Any truth that the Youths are going to be sponsored by NAMA next season when Mick the wanna be Italian goes to the wall? He's already €48m in debt by his own admission....pity ye're massive home gates, after match pasta and super warm-up facilities aren't exactly helping him clear his debts.
And any success ye have on the pitch this season surely is down to two Limerick men, Gary Sheehan scoring the goals for ye, and Noel O'Connor running the show for 'frontman' Mick...
Go troll elsewhere please.

Go troll elsewhere please.the outsider needs to change his name to the insider, obviously some part of the hughes fan club,,,wolves, man city i think not, hughes is good but will never make the step up.dont think its wise to have a pop at wexford yths given our own recent history..they do own their own grounds, have no debts and get bigger crowds than us .no doubt o connor and sheehan have improved them though sheehan will hardly be there that long given his form.
