Just to round off the day I've put a few quid on No One Tells Me in the 5.40 and Buoy George in the 6.15. If neither of these win it'll have been a disappointing day overall.

I thought Mc Coy should have kicked on with Glenstal Abbey instead of waiting anyhow 2 short price losers for me:(

So damn close with them. :(

Dunno. I went e/w on all them but the one's that placed were under 4/1 so made a small bit of a loss on each of them.

Was at the races Wednesday and Thursday, only collected twice in 2 days, both on Thursday. Slieve Mish and Articulitis dug me out of a big hole, and ended up with me making a profit!:)

Today I've done..

5.10 Media Queen 9/2
6.50 Drunken Sailor 9/2

Done an e/w double on these, confident of 2 wins though.

Have Drunken sailor & Cool athlete (7.55) myself.

Cool athlete looked decent in dundalk a few weeks ago. Not sure about ground but at least has been consistent (bad) in all conditions up to that.

about 50-1 on current BF prices - obviously subject to change

Drunken Sailor wins, Media Queen given a shocking ride, ended up 6th. Sickened.

Have Drunken sailor & Cool athlete (7.55) myself.

Cool athlete looked decent in dundalk a few weeks ago. Not sure about ground but at least has been consistent (bad) in all conditions up to that.

about 50-1 on current BF prices - obviously subject to change
Cool Athlete just got 2nd, very impressive selection.:ball:

You sure it was ever that high? Highest price was 12.5 according to oddschecker?

Ah.. sorry man... meant 50-1 on the double... cool athlete was about that price (12.5) or a little better early on.


He was well beaten into second in any case, (althouh I didnt see it - aertel had it as 11 lengths)

Was at the races on Saturday - fantastic venue and a brilliant day - small enough crowd by Galway standards but still 14,000 there. Will definitly be back.
