Shels look to be certs for the first but I have only been following results.
Well if we can hold out tonight and its a big if then well be in a strong position. Weve been on a good run of late so hopefully it continues.

Have to say our defence has been great, Heary is on a great bit of form as of late. Alex Williams looks like he will be a great striker. We have three new players in the squad tonight. Only seen them in a friendly and they played well.
We have really turned a corner since Dave Rogers bared arse.

If ye get Synnott into the squad it will make it alot stronger in fairness. Judge for yourself when you get a chance to see him.
Mickey gone off with a knock. Galway commentators have given up all hope it seems.

Nah we've pulled a Dundalk and signed four players this week without the weekly wage changing.

Anyway, would have liked a draw in the Bray-Drogs game. They strengthen their squad and and lose...

From extratime.ie: "Bray take the lead with an Ian Ryan OG. A mix up in communication between the defender and Skinner and with lots of time Ryan heads past Skinner into an empty net in an attempt to pass back to the keeper"
Sounds like a ridiculous goal to concede.
It was Skinner's fault IMO. Bray hadn't even come close to the goal at that stage. They then had their first shot of the game and we were 2-0 down. :(

He was on the bench. Started warming up when Skinner went down injured for a bit but he wasn't required.

He was injured but I'm not sure whether he's 100% or not. Skinner has been good lately but tonight wasn't his finest hour.

I'd say after Skinner's mistake tonight, I reckon Williams will get back in between the sticks.
I probably won't be able to make the game either. Is there any buses from Dublin to Dundalk that don't stop off at Drogheda?

Bloody hell. When you watch a game that you have no direct allegiance to you see why it's hard to get people into the LOI. :(

You may not realise it, but you are actually close to the reality here - it's three signings this week in addition to the three who came in earlier this month.
These are the player movements at Dundalk since the start of the season - with little change in the weekly wage bill

Wasn't Skinners fault. I was up in the bar and when the ball went up in the air, Skinner was running out shouting that it was his and Ian Ryan still went and headed back to him.
Anyway, we'll move on and get the 3 points back against Dundalk next week. :D

I can think of much harsher ways to say it!
Hopefully the rake of new players we've got in will help things.
