First time I've see those goals. His first was class but Gough was at fault for his second I reckon particularly after being chipped once already. On a related note, our defence was all over the place by the looks of things.
Longford looked very unfit and we just had pace all over the field and it caused all sorts of problems especially on the wide pitch here

Yeah reports on the display weren't encouraging. Thank heavens for Kildare.

I reckon Mulvenna for Dundalk could be one. On Kildare Countys behalf Orrin Farrell is an exceptional talent but currently not getting much luck, reckon he should move to a Premier club asap.

+ 1 seen him against shels and he was brilliant, Massey for Bray was alreday mentioned aswell he is very good played against a few times great feet and Eoin Osbourne at Drogheda is a good prospect, he is only 17, made the mistake for our first goal last week but was impressive

As Jebus mentioned, Jason Hughes is a fantastic promise. Hasn't played much for us this season because of International duties. Already has had trials with Hull and Birminghan and also Ian Storan is a fantastic prospect. Had trials with West Brom a while back. He hasn't really broke into Limerick's first team yet though.
Think Bray have some cracking young players. John Mulroy, Jake kelly....
decent article in today's Herald.

They might be at the upper limit of the "young player" age bracket but I think Gary Deegan and Paddy Kavanagh are the two best young players in the league at the moment.
Honourable mention for Iarflaith Davoren as well, he's been great for us despite being played out of position.

I'm a Finn fan alright, thought he failed to progress last year though. Maybe the combination of Martin Russell's more expansive footballing ethos combined with the lower level of opposition offers him the chance to build up his confidence and hopefully step up a level?
Billy Dennehy.
Another goal last night and MOTM performance. Ran the Galway defense ragged. His control was outstanding and his pace is unreal. The lad is gonna be a star.
Best part is that he loves every second of it. The smile on his face when he scored and at the end, it was like all his birthday's came at once.

And to think he was a total pie for us last season. Every time I saw him on the team sheet I despaired. He played decent for you at the Brandywell though.

That was actually one of his poorer games I thought. Obviously he's just settled better down here, closer to home and stuff. He's still young so it could make a difference.
Not many thought we'd be saying that we're glad to have lost Kearney, cos otherwise we wouldn't have Dennehy.

Very tough for a young player to shine in a team that's losing every week in fairness.

Finn would be the big one from what I've seen, yeah. Absolutely fantastic player.
Finn has been playing for a fair few seasons now hasn't he? Very good talent.

Yeah, made his debut in the 2005 season when he was 17. Became a regular half-way through the next season. Amazingly, he only has one U21 cap and that wasn't even a full strength squad. Would get into any team in the Premier, bar Bohs or Cork.

Yes. To be honest you've got a few players I reckon are handy; Russell and Conneely chief among them

Christy Connaghan at Harps. Around 19/20, pace and skill. Class act, and one to definitely watch out for.

Paddy Madden, Ryan McEvoy, Dean Marshall, Sean Byrne to name but a few.
Billy Dennehy. Was very impressed with the lad Duggan the other night also, a definite prospect.
