Already they are talking about examinership getting punished 'next year'!!

You might be pulled up on your ground but I guess paying creditors less than what they are owed is better in the eyes of the FAI than coming to deals with all creditors to pay them 100% over a longer time period like Shels have done.

Makes no sense to me....

But I'm sure next year will be better!!! :)
