Heard the weekend that there was a bit of a scuffle amongst the lim and waterford players after the match fri night, any truth in it?and if so was it just all handbags?

Will somebody do me the favour of pointing out what parts of Bishop's post is inaccurate?

Because the jury is still out on Mike Kerley. We're hardly overachieving on the field either.

Everyone on here knows I'm no fan of the silent one. I can only speak for myself when I say: I'm absolutely flabbergasted at how anyone can turn a thread dealing with a 5-1 defeat of promotion hopefuls into something quite so negative. That's all. I, like the rest of us, am apprehensive about us keeping the squad together for next year (because every summer for the last 3 a takeover/collapse has loomed) and maintaining our current form next season. Nonetheless, the performances of late are to be lauded as is the unlikely accomplishment of keeping our books in order.

It's simply really, we change our expression from this :rolleyes: to this :) for the remainder of the year and enjoy being in a stable position for once.

'we WERE brilliant v waterford and v fingal'

'our possibly, probably best manager has admirably turned it around'.

He's not being wholly negative. He's allowed to be balanced, even if that is construed as negativity by others.

It's the horn for gael and that bloody "Joy in the Hood" programme which I objected to......'

we WERE brilliant v waterford

How would you know, you weren't even there :D

Not sure if I get the point of the capital WERE either. Do you expect us to be constantly brilliant, even when not playing??

no wonder leo got banned with comments like these.we WERE brilliant v waterford and v fingal, just as we were toothless v mons before that as we were in quite a few other games throughout the season.our possibly, probably best manager has admirably turned it around with 2 signings sheehan and tierney but was also the same manager who failed to fulfill a fixture and signed the likes of cosgrave, mcarthy, curtin, etc.the 3 points, well if we were in the top 4 or the bottom 3 MK would not have put the players on that bus.

in fairness to the guy curtin, grant etc were promoted to the senior squad as they excelled in the under 21s last year, his budget was small so id say he was grateful for these players to make up a squad. Dont think cosgrove would have been signed by many a fan, not this year or last. ill ignore your continuous "comments" on my person and my sexuality which you throw in most of your posts. You obviously dont know me so ill just assume your just doing it for fun

Just as I'm allowed to construe it as negativity. You can start a post by saying two positive things but the closing sentiments are the ones that are meant to stick. If you knew anything about structuring text ... How's that script coming along? :p

I'll presume that this is your way of admitting that there was nothing inaccurate about da bishop's post?

Do you agree with this SLK? the man obviously knows it all! or is the silly liberal mod being taken for a ride?

It took 17 posts for somebody to actually pull out something that he said. And honestly? I think if our season wasn't dead already then there's definitely a much greater chance that MK would have played the game. Da Bishop is entitled to express an opinion without the upset masses sobbing. If he had made a nonsense allegation (like Manalishi) he would have received an infraction. If he had stooped to personal abuse (like yourself) he would have received an infraction. For upsetting those who feel that this forum exists solely to focus on the positives of the club he gets nothing. Simple as.

Not being funny cause I'm probably in the same boat as you, but I genuinely think posters like Gael (who has genuinely is the best fan of any club I've ever come across) and Monkfish (who spends a lot of time and money on our flags) have more rights than us to comment on the club. We pay our €12 but they go above and beyond that

Accuracy is for people who believe the holocaust happenned. I never said it was inaccurate - my attack, and I admit it was that, on that post was that it was unnecessarily negative for a thread of this nature.

Il be sure to thank you if you can make a game between now and the end of the season.

I was presuming that it was a play on the expression 'long-winded' but there may also be a legal meaning that GXI can uncover once he finally gets that degree? :)

Hey! I may be an underachiever but ... no that's it really.:o

Windy in this context may mean: Bombastic, Loquacious, Airy, Boisterous or Boastful. .... Yeah that was gael. He doesn't have a ponytail though. Just acts as if he does. :p
