Would anyone have the France-Ireland play-off in Paris with RTÉ commentary and also footage of the match with French commentary? Even just extra-time would do. Was thinking of doing a bit of editing and subtitling to compare and contrast the immediate reactions of the respective commentators to gauge any subtle differences in bias as part of a project.

Danny, that sounds like a great project. If you want the Swedish reaction to Henrygate, this is a documentary that went out on telly here about Martin Hansson. Managed to find a version with English subtitles, that may be of some use to you.

OK, well this will probably be the last appeal I make for more VHS tapes...I should have plenty of time to work on them as I'm done with school and don't have a job yet, so until the latter changes I'm happy to rip and upload the matches.

Worm, do you (or anyone else) have the footage from the 1993 NI v Ireland WC Qualifier in Belfast. I was seven at the time and I've never seen the full footage. Would love to see the whole lot, build up, anthems etc. Nothing on Youtube other than a few brief highlights from Reeling in the Years.

Tbh, the game was fairly poor. The goals were the main incidents. Everything else was all huff and puff. The end of the game and the group is on youtube.

Nope, sorry, all I've got is what Benno sent me (all up on this thread) and whatever has been uploaded on Maxxed (which is basically just US Cup 1996).
