No prob Harpo, don't deserve any praise though, just noticed something of a flaw in the table to say the least of it! Fixed now I hope.

Don't doubt you are correct about the Carlow-Cobh match either.
Home advantage seems to be traded with regularity in this league. In our own case games against Carlow and Wexford were swapped between the RSC and Tullow/Ferrycarrig several times before being played at Ferrybank and the RSC respectively, and we actually played Kilkenny away twice.

There's a good chance Carlow might be awarded a 3-0 walkover against Cobh at this stage, so that would take things right to the wire, especially as goal difference is likely to play a part in the final placings.

Nobody Knows whats happening at the moment re: the Cobh game.

It was callled off late Saturday evening for whatever reason and yes the game was due to be played in Tullow.

FC Carlow v Wexford Youths this Sunday in Tullow kick off@2.00pm

And Carlow must replay Cobh (at Coleman's I make it?), presumably before these last matches.
I think the venue only changes if the match was postponed because of bad weather.

I'd say the other games will be played first and then this game if needs be to decide 1st/2nd.

Can anyone help? I know Tullow but don't know where the pitch is. General directions would be appreciated

FC Carlow play in Hawkins Lane the home of Parkville United FC. When you come into Tullow from the Wexford/Bunclody road take the 1st left at the Hogan Stand pub just after you go through the Tesco roundabout, pitch entrance is in front of you from there

So what happens now- will the game against Cobh be replayed or are you getting a walkover? A walkover would see Carlow go through on goals scored...controversial to say the least!

Talking to people today Carlow have been given 3-0 win for game against Cobh. If this correct means Carlow are through on goals scored which is a little controversial as have gotten two walkovers from Cobh. Not an excuse for Wexford then did not do enough simple as.

Good game today with good support for both teams.

Good luck to FC Carlow in the next round

Best of luck to Carlow. The 3-0 award for the Cobh game is a bit harsh though. You may well have beaten them, but I doubt you would have beaten them by that score. On the plus side for us, at least a lot of our players will get a rest before the league starts again. They have been playing too much football over the last 2 years

Your No. 5 is a handy CB but his lack of fitness was showing at the end.

Waterford 1 Limerick 1

Willie John Kiely for our lot, Christopher Ward for yours.

No offence to Carlow but if it's true, that's a bit of a shocking decision to award them a walkover into the quarter finals. The Wexford fans are being more magnanimous than I'd be! :D
Anyway, final standings...

What can you do. The fans are happy to see some of our players getting a break and secondly, if it is in the rules what can you do. Don't forget we (rightly) got a 3-0 win in the 1st division for a team failing to complete a fixture against us

So, the 2009 season, any hint of when it'll start? When the fixtures will be out, or even the make-up of the pools?
Have we one more season of U-20 or will it be U-19 this year?
Ah the innocent anticipation of one who should know much better! :D
