Sorry but I cannot offer one cent more under the current conditions. I was first to donate the 2k at the meeting, thankfully it was kept seperate and hasn't been used due to the colapse of the finance committee.
I ain't paying anymore until change happens................

Totally agree with you. Until proper controls and structures are put in place i won't be parting with another cent.

Its still there??? Why arent we using it and we skint. I'd be more than happy to use my 2k and give it towards wages or towards a major creditor

I would not give the club any extra money and think anyone who does in the current situation is mad!! If you want to give money hand it to hendo or one of the team who are not getting paid at least you know it is going to someone who needs it.
Just because you hand money over at the gate does not mean it will go to the place it is most needed and that is in my opinion the players.

there is no where else the money can go if the commitee want a club to run, no players means no clubs, i dont trust where the money goes either, i would like to able to track it through the club, but for now were just gonna have to trust that with our current situation that the commitee will do the right thing and not break the players contracts,
a full house (with everyone paying full in) would pay the wages for the rest of the year if the lads take the 50% pay cut,

Wha's so funny about cobh rambles is someone puts a good thread up abouth helping the club and the same knocker put up again and again. Any money they rec goes towards reducing threr debt not into there pockts plus you all reelected the commettee one once but at many meeting in the lasy few months. Support your club

Guys, this is the sort of behaviour that has our club in such a dire situation. Freebies, gheez, this just disgusts me.
I was signing up for the 2k but was told that the finance committe was gone.
Having spoken to a member of PFAI during the week, it is clear that the players are been very badly treated by the Chairman and Committee. This is not on and disgraceful.
Time for the Chairman and Co to go now while we might have time to save the Club.

Bella, you should get your facts right before making allegations. I don't know what is been said to PFAI, all i said is that I was speaking with a member of it at a function i was at. And I actually never mentioned I was from Ramblers, nor did i bring up any of our "dirty laundry".
The "dirty laundry" is what you are hell bent on defending and that is the Chairman and the Committee.

What do you mean get a life??
You mean I should stop criticising the Chairman and Co???
For God's sake, the Chairman has a proven track record of wrecking every organisation he became a part of. Time his supporters got a life!!

How more positive could jamesd get.
First step is get rid of this so called chairman and then start restoring honesty back to the club.
