I have to admit I thought he was dead 20 or 30 years.

I must be mixing him up with Sam Cooke, Jackie Wilson AND Marvin Gaye.
" I wish to God that someone would be able to block out the voices in my head for five minutes, the voices that scream, over and over again: "Why do they come to me to die?"

Derek Davis passed on today. Kind of staple person from my tv childhood. Not a very pleasant person to deal with and not very polite. But he was very funny.

That's made me very sad. Easily one of the most recognisable faces from Irish TV in the 80's and 90's.

Yet another musical icon has died, B.B King. He was in ill health for some time now but still crazy amount of US musicians leaving this world lately. I suppose that generation of musicians would be of a certain age now so perhaps one or two more will join them before the year is out.

    What a pussy!
Did you ever notice that in every painting of Adam & Eve, they have belly buttons. Think about that...take as long as you want.
