0-0 DRAW, LUCKY TO GET A DRAW AS THEY WERE UNDER SERIOUS PRESSURE
FOR MOST OF THE GAME I'M TOLD.
If you're in the penalty area and don't know what to do with the ball, put it in the net and we'll discuss the options later

A goal mid way throught the second half by John O'Neill of Wayside Celtic was the only goal of the game last night. Rep Of Ireland 1-0 Englan. England were not up to much in a game played in terrible conditions. Fair dues to St. Michael's pitch which stood up to everything the weather threw at it.

Lost 2-0 Against France last night.Ireland had player sent off after 65 mins.
The french goals came in the 70th and 93rd min. Sending off changed the game.

New Manager its seems to be announced

Read the Star yesterday and it seems that current Manager Gerry Smith is to be replaced as his contract is up next year. He has been in the job for 13 years now but hasn't had much success in regards to silverware.

There are a few names mentioned to replace him next year....Just wondering if any of you out there rate any local managers to take this job!!!!
