    New Championship Format

    THE Intermediate Committee at a meeting this evening confirmed the membership of the Ladbrokes.com Championship for Season 2009/10.

    Ladbrokes.com will continue to sponsor the IFA Championship, with the tiers called Ladbrokes.com Championship 1 and Ladbrokes.com Championship 2.

    Whats the story here? I'll take it Knockbreda are new, but who are Sport & Leisure?

    And did Welders not win the Third tier last year? How come they are still there?

    Brantwood and Oxford Utd Stars seem to have gone missing aswell

    Sport & Leisure are an amateur team afaik. Groundshare with Larne.

    EDIT:

    It's a merging of Ski and Sports and Leisure World. Team made up of staff from both shops.

    I`d love to see what the standard is like in Championship 2 !

    Surely its more of a social club scene than serious football ?

    Although Chimney Corner is still a great name, one of the few cool names left in football.
