    I think he is saying there isn't any difference between the IRA and BLM! both political organizations etc etc , he is living in a different planet to us

    Ah lads, why are people afraid of our history? We have to accept that violence from organisations such as the IRA and their forefathers granted us part freedom and helped defend our communities. It's not something we should be ashamed of. Singing a song shouldn't be looked down upon, we should be proud to sing these songs. Well done to the women and ignore the sleeveens.

    Yes, many innocents died in 1916 and other rebellions and wars. It's not nice but war is not nice.
