    Supposed to be a big case. I think Michael McDowell represented Karen Millen.

    From what I read before Dunnes had to defence in claiming they did not copy as had been fairly blatant in the way they did it.

    Strange that a simple item of clothing can have design protected.

    Dunnes and some other stores have been doing this for years, a lot of their clothes is similar to the bigger and more expensive shops and designers

    having worked in dunnes for a few years part time.

    having worked there for awhile i heard the Drapery managers admit they were blatant rip offs but you dont even need to have worked there etc to see that.
