Linked with Sunderland.

Doesn't think he will come out of Intl retirement.
Not touching that one with a ten foot pole.Keane went on to compare criticism of the England star to digs he received from some Irish fans in the latter stages of his international career.
He added: "When I turned 30, people were calling for younger lads to come in - but I continued on for another five years and kept scoring goals."
That's the shortest ten foot pole ever.
I've submitted a request to Guinness World Records to have Robbie's record of scoring an international goal in 19 consecutive years recognised as a World Record: https://twitter.com/irish_abroad/sta...49709604311040
Here's a link to a clip of Robbie on 'Goals on Sunday' discussing his international career, international retirement and our current qualification hopes: https://vid.me/Spns
In this clip, after being asked if he'd return to international football, even to aid an injury-crisis, he plays down any chance of it: https://vid.me/k0gjOriginally Posted by Robbie Keane

Waiting for the transfer window to end to see if a PL move materialises?
Perhaps Sunderland's move for Ulloa will fall through and they will get desperate?
Fair play Tets. Bit of PI in here but nothing you wouldn't get from google:

I guess this is only the start,
if it goes through, a signed shirt from Robbie, a photo opp with Robbie, Robbie saying he's always dreamed of making the Guinness book of records and thank you very very much.
Afaics there was only one year Robbie did not score a competitive goal and that was 2016.
Could you apply for 2 records, the 2nd being 18 years in a row he scores a competitive goal, which might have more merit and would last forever?

I'm not expecting anything, genuinely, if anything like that comes from it then it'll be a bonus.
His wife retweeted me yesterday on twitter, that was pretty cool.
Second application could be an option alright, I'm prepared to wait and see how this goes first. According to Guinness, we've to wait two months for them to do their due dilligence first.
Another record I thought of (which probably isn't a record) is that in every major tournament Ireland has played in we have played against either the host nation and/or one/two of the finalists.
Will you accept an interview from Balls.ie though?
I got an Arab friend to translate that. It says "I always dreamed of playing for Al-Ahli in the UAE". Naw, she tells me that it reads "The Irish Star Robbie Keane participates in the training of Al-Ahli this morning".
Good look to him if he manages another few bob in the kitty before he hangs up his boots.
Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.
He could just be training with them. Good move for him if he takes it. Nice weather, nice money.
But wouldn't be surprised if he goes back to U.K.

Championship clubs didn't follow up their interest or a change of mind?
Could have sworn he said his next move was going to be to England.
Ah well.
