That tosspot who threw the glass got what he deserved. Don't know who he was, not in our company. I personally know the guy that got the glass thrown at him. Nothing to do with the banter between in DC fans and Rovers fans.

As I said, I was just wondering, wasn't inferring it was you or your mates. The morons involved were identifying themselves as DC fans from across the bar - or at the very least as anti-Rovers fans. As you say that idiot got what he deserved, both from the Rovers fans and the cops. I met a cop in the Ivy House later that night and he asked was I in the Cat and Cage earlier. he then told me how exactly the boys in blue had dealt with the glass thrower.
