    good night-bad crowd/pint

shocking turn out from supporters/customers (I hate being called that).
Not a bad night in the end. Bar in room awful. Pint manky. If the Rebel Ball is there again in Jan there better be a huge improvement. Problem is City are probably getting a good deal from Mr. Lally and may not be inclined to complain. So...CCOSC its up to you to stand up for us all.

Yeah and he's dead right. In his speech last night, he made sure to mention supporters AND customers as being different.
Supporters are the fans who are always there in the Cross and who got to away games.
Customers are those who turn up for big games, never travel away and don't bother with City if things aren't going well.
We don't care about the customers but we apprieciate that their money is going into the club's coffers.
I think that's what Brian was getting at anyway.

Lennox is running a business. People who pay to see the product are ALL customers- all of us. Some of us go further than that by giving our time and money voluntarily to help the club, improve the atmosphere etc; but ultimately we are customers.

Yeah but it's good to know that he differentiates between customers and supporters imo.
