Maybe someone should listen to Dolan, not everything he says is bullsh*t.
we missed half a round of matches for this c**p, has to be the last year we enter a team into this tournament which is pure mickey mouse.
FOUR NATIONS SEMI PRO TOURNAMENT
Eircom Lge U-21 1-4 Wales RES
Davey 46 Evans 61
Todd 71
Giles 73 79
The eircom League under 21 side went
down 4-1 to Wales in their final match
of the four nations Tournament in
Inverurie today.
They took the lead through UCD's Hugh
Davey after 46 minutes but were unable
to maintain that advantage and
completed collapsed after that as Wales
scored 4.

I think the team should be picked from the Munster Senior League and Leinster Senior League and send them out. Thats what a competition like this is for. It would be a good experience and would no doubt improve the competition in those leagues to get a place.
But Dolan is right on this one .... First and Premier teams should not be involved.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

What a joke, it's going to get some decent press coverage with us hosting it and that will only give barstoolers ammunition to knock the el. They will think that we are of the same standard as the english non-league or the welsh league. And who could blame them for thinking that when we are stupid enough to enter this farce in the first place!
The FAI should listen to Dolan and avoid any future involvement in this rubbish. We are far better than this.
Champions!

That is what the thing is for ... non-league sides.
