Cork are playing Crosshaven tomorrow
I'll be honest, Waterford deserved the win and scored 3 good goals and we were lucky to get the peno. There was too many heavy tackles going in from both sides considering it was ment to be a friendly and we can and have played far better than that and we need to step up a few gears come friday or we will be slaughtered by Bohs.
Cork are playing Crosshaven tomorrow
Harps play Bonagee United tomorrow @ 2pm
Apparently Crosshaven are giving us the gate tomorrow which is a great gesture from them
As posted in another thread, Greg O'Halloran and Mark McNulty have signed
Aside from that no one yet. George is in talks and would be a great player to have but you'd understand anyone not agreeing to play for the team for what we are offering.
I've been corrected by Micls as I type, gate split tomorrow after costs.
Finished 7-0 to City.
Cummins got 4 and was a class apart
George got one and Willie Heffernan and Eoin Forde got one each.
McNulty
Sammy(italian dude) Softic Mulcahy Turner
Heffernan O Halloran Lordan Forde
O Callaghan Cummins
Crosshaven must be muck
Willie Heffernan scored the first goal for Cork City Foras Co-Op
Harps beat Bonagee United 5 nil today.
Davitt Walsh got 2, Stephen McLaughlin, Mark Forker and Kevin McHugh.
And that City side looks pretty decent. Cummins will score goals for fun if given the supply, if he was in the Waterford side I would have them as certs to win the division. O'Callaghan, O'Halloran, Softic and McNulty all are premier standard players.
Yeah
Yeah, if we had that team come Friday Id be delighted, but given the tight budget I dont think we will.
Henderson was at the game and rumours say Cummins has an offer from Waterford.
George is in talks with linfield apparently and one or 2 others have other options too. Just wait and see really.
Itl come down to how much they want to stay in Cork.
Drogheda United beat us 3-2 yesterday.
Ian Tuohy and Chris Shields scored for us.
We were 2-0 down at h/t.
Bray Wanderers: So good they were relegated twice (and still stayed up).
