Can't believe that Dublin would change the game against us to the Thursday to try and cut down on the large travelling support from Donegal.

As a club you should be trying to get as many people as possible to go to your games instead of trying to stiffle attendances and atmosphere.
I don't think that this attempt at 'gaining an advantage' will work too much in your favour as Harps fans will travel regardless of when the game is to be played.
See you on the 14th then and may the best team win!

No where did I see Sligo Rovers mentioned in my message so whats it got to do with you.
Go to Cobh's forum we're I'm sure you'll have loads in common and there is no talk about winning championships.
See you on Saturday night.
There should be a good crowd down from Donegal for the game. But I'm afraid you will be leaving The Showgrounds with 0 pointsOriginally posted by fbtn

I meant to say so whats the problem. At the end of your post you say
Harps fans will travel regardless of when the game is to be played
Its a problem for anyone who has to take time off college and work and that incluldes the players.
Most people are free on a Saturday but on a Thursday will have to take half days and ****. But we'll still travel in large numbers hopefully.
Don't know about leaving the Showgrounds with no points though. I'd be more worried if we were playing yis in Finn Park as you have a good record in Ballybofey and we've an excellent record in Sligo.
See ya Saturday night.
