I'd would hate him to get it .... we need to have good people at all levels throught the club, Stewie is doing a great job where he is and another few years there would really give him good experience. On the Big Red Bench tonight, Rico said the position would need to be full time and he was in discussion with someone on filling the role fulltime.
He said he would have an answer within the next 3-4 days.
