    European Club Association

Just seen a list of the 103 members and there appears to be no representative from the eircom league? Now i know under the association's rules there is one but is it a case where we havent decided what club to put forward or just a misprint? Or has the representative been decided?

*Just googled and found an old list which has Shels as our representative in november 2006, but today's list doesn't have them is there a change due to shels change in situation since then?

UEFA have a European Club Forum (ECF) which was scheduled to run from 2006-2009 including the Board European Club Forum and several sub-panels.

Is this your "old list" as I didn't think the ECA existed in November 2006.

(A thread I started in April). I still don't know how the new ECA affects the ECF.

The ECF have several criteria for leagues to choose the representative, Shelbourne do miss one of the criteria, but sometimes it's easier for the same people to attend meetings because of familarity and knowledge until the commitee runs its course.

It's Derry City as the PL's top ranked team in Europe.

Derry City chairman Pat Mc Daid will be the representative at the meeting.

Whats his remit though? What will he have to do? He is briefed beforehand obviously.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
