    Looked fairly serious on Saturday. He didn't even walk off the pitch - he had to be carried. Didn't see if he walked to the dressing room. I'd suspect he is out for Thursday's game.

    According to tonights leader O'flynn is a doubt, but Cooney should be on the bench and there hopefull that the Dave McCauley and Ross Cosgrave situation should be sorted so they should be tere too. id go along with it too as it isnt written by that waffler OShaugnassy!

    Definitely didn't get that impression from him on Saturday. Said it was at least a couple of weeks.

    Have Cosgrove and McAuley been training - wouldn't want them thrown in for such a key game. Wait for Monaghan for that.

    Just shows what we were talking about last week in relation to lack of options up front.

    re;

    Did not look good on saturday stevo looked in a lot of pain,would be a big blow to loose him for such a vital game.He leads the line so well and i think without him scoring goals is a huge problem.

    He damaged ligaments so he will be out of action for a month i'd say. It's a pity Mike didn't sign any cover for up front when Foley left perhaps we might see a combination of McCarthy & Heffernan which I feel is our best option. I wouldn't be surprised though if Shane starts beside Derek I hope I'm wrong but I just get that feeling and I'd prefer if Cooney stays in midfield.
    Limerick 37, its so shiny and new we dare not take the cover off.
