Delighted for him. His goals have been key to the team turning it around in recent weeks.

And no need to fear, he only suffered a dead leg against Rovers on Monday. He should be in tomorrow's squad.

Fine player. I was very disappointed when we didn't get him back after Birmingham released him.

it's a great honour for the club, it doesn't happen very often to a club like ours so it is a great boost for everyone involved. It shows how much we have come on the field over the past 2 months.

Enjoy the 1st division next season

Once again he was the difference for us tonight. We had two reaal chances and he took his. Drogs had a million and they couldn't. His focus and composure are excellent and he's been the difference for us in the final third.

Fair play to Kavanagh , he was gifted the chance and he finished well , but if you were at the game you will know that it was ruined bt appaling refereeing and that Drogs had a stonewall penalty disallowed in the first minute where Bray should have had a man sent off , as MNS on Monday night will prove.
Having said that , well done with the win.

I have to argee that we rode our luck last night. But the standard of refereeing is unbelievably bad. We were blessed about the peno but if you ignore that and look at the rest of the game the ref was atrocious.

I'm just wondering how long Bray can hold onto Kavanagh. He obviously has big enough aspirations as he was on trial at Birmingham when he left us. Can't believe one of the large clubs didn't pick him up when he returned and if he keeps this form up they will come in for him.

His contract runs until the end of 2009 so if he's going anywhere, we'll get some money for him first.

Gormley said something to that effect last night. Good business by Bray to get him tied down for that long.
