    Blackburn on TV

When was the last time Rovers were on Sky or Setanta. I have been wanting to have a look at Reid playing deeper for Rovers and I have not seen them on either channel in ages. Whats up. Some teams like Spurs are on every week.

Comes down to economics really. Size of fanbase, therefore number of people likely to watch the games, Rovers are one of the poorest supported sides in the premiership whereas outside the "big 4" Spurs are along with Newcastle probably the best supported.

Yep, for most of the games in Blackburn, the stands look half empty. Also, since they're not involved in the relegation and title challenge, not much incentive for the TV cameras to go there until they're playing one of the top 4 I am afraid. Advertisers don't want to be paying for slots at half time in a game between Bolton and Blackburn etc etc. Alas, such is the way of the commercial world.
Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.
