Does anyone know where I can get a list of players still looking for clubs (other than PFAI.ie) and when is the last date that a player can be brought into a club on loan or does this end with the transfer window?

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
