Laptop insurance

My sister's moved away to college and is looking for me to put some theft insurance on to her old laptop. Does anyone know how I can do that without also getting her house insurance?

I got laptop insurance when I bought my laptop at PC World. They might do insurance on an existing laptop.

house insurance now should cover it but just check if it covers stuff you take out of the house.

PC world is prob your best bet if they dont do it they ll know who does

Would the parent's home insurance cover it if it were robbed from the sister's college flat? I think that's the problem.
