Yeah Crafty, that goal was actually against Belgium. It was far more like that one than Van Basten's really, if you take away the tangerine shirts!

Yeah, the Belgians, you are indeed correct Sir. I remember being a kid watching it and beginning to become aware that England were more lucky than they were good. Still holds true

I assume the money is good, the lifestyle is good and he got the impression he wasn't going to feature under O'Neill the way he did under Trap. It's probably not much lower a standard than MLS anyway.

Nothing sums up humanity and contemporary society quite like the fact that just over ten years ago you could count on a grain of sand the number of footballers with a single tattoo and now the majority of footballers have full sleeves, neck tattoos, hand tattoos, thigh tattoos, tattoos on their lower back.....

It's adorable. I wonder when things are going to come full circle again and the hipsters and metrosexuals are the ones who don't have tattoos?
