I feel he should go because of his blinkered selection policy.
He seems to be able to trawl the highways and byways of every league currently running in GB, yet largely ignores players here at home.
It does not automatically follow that because someone playing for Kidderminster or Boston Utd or whoever, they are better because the team plays in the UK.

Yes it's certainly time to go.
I don't think he has the respect of the players.
How many times have you heard him criticise them publicly. I've always thought that the more a manager criticises player/s makes it more obvious that he doesn't know what's gone wrong or how to fix it.
I think thats the case with Givens.
I don't think that the FAI will sack him. I reckon they will wait until his present contract runs out.

I reckon that he should be replaced by Noel O'Reilly.

And of course Results is the only reason why you want Kenny as Ireland's manager, not at all because you can say "told you so" to Bohs fans.

I can't believe three people have voting for him staying in the job. He's woeful - and the FAI needs to act.

I never once rated him. He should have done well with Kerrs Kids and set them up for the senior team.

Givens couldnt pick his nose

Ditto.
Openly criticising players is something to be done once or twice a season to give a team the boot up the ass.
Definitely not for youngsters just settling into the international setup.

Yes and YES. I never liked Givens to start with, but, one win since taking over in a bloody FRIENDLY. Surely THAT'S reason enough to fire him. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, if Givens had that same record in charge of a senior team, he'd have been off-loaded ages ago. Givens OUT!!

I never knew Paul Clement cut his managerial teeth with us at U-21 level.

Clement was fortunate in that one of his early jobs was with the Republic of Ireland Under-21 team, where he worked with Don Givens, a former QPR team-mate and great friend of his father.

“That was really nice because my dad and Don were tight as anything, so to have that opportunity to work with him was really special,’ he said.

“Don liked to talk about him as well because he lost a great friend. They used to do everything together. They used to travel in to training because we lived in the same area out in Berkshire. It was really nice to hear those kind of stories, because I wouldn’t have heard that from anyone else.
