    Tolka Park Major Doubt

Attachment 768Looks like the match on Friday won't go ahead in Tolka (see picture).

I'd say Shels will move it up to Whitehall instead.

    Was that pic taken today?
I'd love to hear Rico if we had to play on that. Ha ha.
    I'd say he'd spontaneously combust.
City definetly have the best bands playing at half-time.

O'Bama - "Eerah yeah, I'd say we can alright!"

    G.O'Mahoney Trapattoni'll sort ém out!!

Taken yesterday around 2.00pm. Apparently Paul Doolin did his nut and wanted the game off last Friday night. Shels have given an undertaking to spend €15K to get it right....where are they going to get €15K??

There certainly won't be any game going on there on Friday night....not like that anyway.

Did you see it on TV3 last night. This photo is an improvement on that!!!
This sanding process is how you sort it out and with rain would normally resolve the problem in a week.Ive seen it before.

Believe me if they let the Rovers game go ahead this is is an improvement and would be less bumpy albeit it looks bad.Where did they get this 15k price from .That should have cost about 4.5k.

4.5k this side of the country(Clare), but as it is Dublin rip off
If you're in the penalty area and don't know what to do with the ball, put it in the net and we'll discuss the options later

Great article in the Shels website. With this sort of clear thinking Shels will be back where they belong.

PS nice drop of rain falling at present will quicken the process of pitch recovery.
