Can those people who offered to make a contribution towards the cost of the Cork City wreath, kindly make a donation here instead?
Regards & thanks,
Peadar.

RIP wws
only knew him through here and always enjoyed reading his posts he will be realy missed.
Just back from holidays and can't really believe this.
We had some good verbal jousting over the years - his loathing of Shels was legendary! - but he knew his stuff and had a really wicked sense of humour.
RIP

Any update on the total raised for charity?
Any decision on which charity?

€247 by my count. I thought you were enquiring about the charity, so it must be Dodge that was doing it?
No, Dodge had offered to enquire about the charity.

Never met him but enjoyed reading his many posts. Always sad when someone is taken away from us at such a young age.

Life isn't all beer and football...some of us haven't touched a football in months
Having just come from the funeral of a dear friend & relation today I have a better understanding of the pain that friends & family of wws are feeling.
My mate was only 31 one of the most amazing artists, musicians, writer & person. Its so hard to comprehend.
thankyou to everyone who contributed to this thead. We have printed off this one and the one on the Pats forum and bound them so that everyone in our family can read the comments. Also the Pats lads have printed off copies and placed them by Peters grave for people to read.
Pretty sure I met Peter at the old eL MB matches in the Phoenix Park, and also at a couple of eL matches.
A true gent - he'll be sorely missed - that's for sure...

I submitted a piece to the Cork City programme for tomorrow's game. Hopefully it will be printed. Probably wont mean much to most people but I'm grateful to the club for giving me the chance to remember Peter.
