I think this is the best news of 2007 to date for rovers fans. Only problem is closed transfer window and little time to sort out the farmers mistakes.

I really hope ye get this mess sorted out (maybe not before friday though).I would much rather a strong Sligo Team in the Premier rather than another Dub team.Good luck lads and heres hoping for a good game and a full house.

If this is true, the full time operation is out the window because Gorman has his own business and wont be able to commit. The M.C. are really being shown up for the incompent muppets they are.

Just took a spin by the showgrounds tere.Seen Dessie Cawley and Leo Tierney up tere taking training.I dont think it all mc donalds fault.

No manager
No squad
No shed
No floodlights
Crap pitch
No management as far as i can see!

If there was a problem with Farmer and the MC the relationship should have been severed b4 the window closed and now we have lost players for various reasons that have become irrelevant!

If rovers have not signed many players does this mean there will be a bigger war chest for the xfer window or that due to poor attendances we wont be able to spend in the window?

The only thing we have is hope.......

2 young enough lads, one local, one been here a good while now, give them a go sure, dont rush into getting a new man this time, it cant get that bad....give the 2 boys a go sure for a few games!?
