    Fundamental Rights

    CONSTITUTION OF IRELAND
    ARTICLE 2
    FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
    PARA: 7. READS

The State guarantees liberty for the exercise of the following rights, subject only to delimitations made necessary in a democratic society by the State's obligation to preserve public order and morality and the authority of the State:

    (1) the right of the citizens to express and publish freely their
    convictions and opinions,

I.E. make all the Murphy out banners u want. No one can stop
u it’s unconstitutional. If they do its a matter for the courts.
And u should win, as it makes no reference to the final two
    lines of para 7.

    (2) the right of the citizens to assemble peaceably and without
    arms.

I.E. come to all the home matches a support your one and only
CCFC. Leave the flares at home. Flares are classed as
Pyrotechnics. Dangerous weapons!! Bring the air horns
and flags not classed as arm/weapons.

    (3) the right of the citizens to travel within the state and abroad.

I.E. I like this one as it does state that we can go to city's
away matches, which most of yee seem to forget. But
not to worry we will fulfil our rights to travel abroad in
great numbers for the UEFA cup games!!

    (4) the right of the citizen to form associations and unions.

I.E. join the fan CCISA its your god given right as given to us by
the great men who wrote our beloved constitution.

Laws regulating the manner in which the foregoing rights may be exercised shall contain NO political, religious, class, racial or cultural distinction.

So there is our Fundamental rights.

    There to be exercised!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that should be sent into 451 or even the club itself.

then maybe a really incompetent merchanise manager may start concentrating on her job and as we all know there's a lot of work that she needs to do instead of going on a witch hunt against the clubs supporters..

As anyone who has seen the club "shop" will know, she can't even do that right never mind trying to do another job (General Inforcer Busybody).

The club shop is a disgrace. I hope that it is one of the first things that Mr Lennox sorts out on the road to the club becoming professional.

wonder what she'd do if we brought in a NOELLE OUT!! banner.

"We'll still be happy if we lose. It's on at the same time as the Beer Festival"

Being the vindictive horrible b@stard that i am, i reckon we should get some one to go into the club shop and see what is out of stock.

Then get a bunch of buddys to go in later to ask for all of the "missing merchandise". When herself say they dont have it, the reply should be

"sure who the hell is in charge of merchandise etc, whoever it is is obviously incapable of doing a job".

That would wipe the smug grin off her stupid face.

While i agree that fans have a right to voice their concerns about club affairs, I am disgusted with some of the recent comments posted about Noelle.

She has given years of unremunerated service to our club and has without doubt only the best interests of the club at heart.
Whether she is right or wrong, it is understandable that she would defend Gunther, who it must be pointed out has also given years of service to the Club.

Remember, there is more to a football club than expected instant or constant success.

Thats a fair point, but she is well out of order in what she´s been doing. Like I said, I´m so much not angry with her, as very disappointed in her.

Well, I'm not in the least bit dissappointed in her because it is no skin off my nose what she says
However I am angry that she thinks she has the right to tell anybody what to do. I mean, who the hell does she think she is?
