He should be in the first XI for every game.
He should be in the squad for cover.
He shouldn´t be anywhere near the squad, never mind the team.
Maybe he should be in the squad when he gets more confidence.

We are all talking about the same Kilbane who's been booed for staying on the pitch with his club, Sunderland, and who was cheered off at Landsdowne for all the wrong reasons.
Fair enough, he has a high workrate, but, left-wing is a creative position and Kilbane consistently creates NOTHING.

the reason he´s booed at sunderland has nothing to do with how good a player he is (or not) I´m not a big fan of his, but at least he does his best- he´s not the one putting him in the squad.
