Gardai are 'investigating' the video...don't expect anything to come of it though.

Wikipedia is the best thing ever. Anyone in the world can write anything they want about any subject. So you know you are getting the best possible information.
anyone know who said that? (apart from Dahamsta obviously...)

Bart Simpson: So Dean Martin would show up at the last minute and do everything in just one take?
    Homer Simpson: That's right.
Bart Simpson: But Wikipedia said he was passionate about rehearsal!
Homer Simpson: Don't you worry about Wikipedia; we'll change it when we get home.
C'mon folks, back on topic. Videos!

I read in The Star that foot.ie is rubbish. Does that make it so?

I have experienced people giving wikipedia references in their PhD thesis..
Just to very quickly go back off topic before going back on topic - the original point came from me, so I just want to reply quickly.

bennocelt cited someone who talked on Yahoo! and who, in bennocelt's opinion, made vague sense. I countered by looking up wikipedia and citing its reference to official FIFA documents. In that context, I think my post is far more valid than bennocelt's, who tried to dismiss it saying "wikipedia can't be trusted". So I didn't actually read my point on wikipedia, but I did use it as my first port of call to find the answer.

Of course wikipedia in theses is stupid. As it is in serious journalism. But for the purposes for which I used it, to dismiss it as "can't be trusted" is nonsense.

And now, back to some videos.

Wrong! I was talking about someone's opinion, not a fact. You were using it as a fact. Bit of a difference.
Anyway Wiki is cool either way, but i dont trust anything i read on the net as 100% proof

I wasn't using wikipedia as a fact. That's the point I just made.

Did you ever notice that in every painting of Adam & Eve, they have belly buttons. Think about that...take as long as you want.

If you've seen the Miller ad where artists power hose flowers into the dirt on the side of an apartment block, this is the song played
