Shels release seven players

We're not signing Cawley. He was saying in the paper he wanted to stay full time and in Dublin. Drogs and Bohs were linked. Skilful but when the going gets tough Alan gets going away from it..hence why he never really nailed his place down in Shels. Maybe he'd do it for his hometown club but I wouldn't bank on it.

Interesting bit on the end of the Shels notice on their website "one or two others may leave pending negotiations..."

I liked Curtis and thought he did well for us in the few opportunities he had. Was particularly impressive in Europe against Steau when he really steadied a sinking ship.

Curtis brought alot of experience, evident in the way he organised those around him, even in his first game. He was also magnificent when he replaced Heary at right back for one or two games.

Cork away aside, Fleming has been excellence for us IMO and I would have loved to see him stay on the coaching staff at least, but I suppose drawbacks had to be made

Shels havent been functioning properly all season.

34 points from the last 39 and a great start to the season???

I Hated Fleming. ahhhhhhhh :anger: thank fcuk he's gone !! and that goes for the rest of the muppets. If we got €1 for all the misfits it would be a bargin.
