Its a shame that such a good resource for eL news and info has closed. Well done to Johnny Ward for keeping up such a good site for the last few years.
As I say, we're just young & a bit nieve.
yeah, well done to JW and all his efforts on el.net

The best eL site ever, trojan work from JW- fair play, thanks and good luck to him.
Great site, mighty man to keep it going so long.
Oh no not them again
For those of us exiled that site was more than a life line it was in many cases our life blood. Gone but never forgotten.

Outstanding work Johnny. Fair play.
JW is getting mantioned everywhere today...
eg.
It'll be hard to replace. I dont think any other site has a news section quite like it.
JW's editorial is well worth a read. Good work.

good stuff billy, keep us updated anyway...
that message board club tournament idea sounds good
jw's message board tournament
Jeez i take a couple of days off work & JW calls it a day. Something big broke last year when did the same.
I suppose can't blame him for closing up shop as can only imagine the time & effort required to keep the site updated. I think eircomleague.net set the standard for the likes of the commercial sites to follow.
btw would sometime in the middle of the WC be a possible better time for el fans tournament? after the 1/4 finals when less agmes on?
