I can't believe Murphy isn't good enough for Oldham. Didn't he saved a penalty against Liverpool at Anfield two seasons ago in the Premiership?

Yep, Hoult was sent off for a professional foul in the box so Murphy came on as sub. His first touch was to save Michael Own's penalty.

He only played a handful of games for West Brom that season, despite being highly rated. Having said that, Hoult did keep them from getting completely tanked in a lot of games, so he deserved to be number 1
