It's one thing for a team to have to get a commercial flight, but when lads are going all different routes, it's bound to affect their preparation.
Seems to be a Europe-wide issue at present. From what I gathered, Derry had to bid for a charter against other customers (or it was a raffle of some sort), which they won, but then they couldn't get a crew for the plane, so ended up having to go with Air Baltic at silly times in the morning.
Riga got a direct charter, albeit into Dublin (and their owner came in his own plane into Derry).
There's an obvious gulf in class in this game, but if Rovers managed to keep it scoreless for the rest of the game (big ask, admittedly) it's certainly not over.
Should be a wee bit cooler in the second half too, so that'll help.

A tournament below the Conference would be ideal. Jokes aside, it's all that we can aim for really. There will still be the odd massive side in it no matter what you do, but a better stage of existence for clubs of our capabilities here.

Smallest man on the field blocks the free just as commentators say he's known for his delivery. Rolleyes it's exactly this kind of stuff that frustrates me watching LOI sides they're no excuse for it. You've got nothing all night just get it into the box.
