    I think Matthew Healy is another example. Did well at Cork City but probably would have struggled if he moved to League Two or One because of his style particularly. Nice passing midfielder but not the most physical and might need more time to develop that. Moved to Belgian second division and looked good for Ireland in recent round of 21s games. Jake O'Brien proved a good season at that level can be a springboard.
