Can I mention one thing that some have argued for here, in Kenny's defence?
Everyone in the squad - Byrne excepted, sorry Stutts :-) - has a chance of starting a game. How often have we had players come in as replacements and never been within an asses roar of starting- yet under Kenny it's happened a few times. That's got to be a positive, and a far removal from the ludicrous 40 man initial squads that were insulting and stupid to all concerned.
Here they come! It’s the charge of the “Thanks” Brigade!

I thought Horgan was one of the better players from midweek.
I just want a higher tempo tonight and to mix it up a little.
sorry any good links to watch it is not live in my cable
Hasn't been a bad start. Fairly calm in possession. Some heavy touches in their third of the pitch which shouldn't be happening at this level.
DID YOU NOTICE A SIGN OUTSIDE MY HOUSE...?
Just turned it on. The son was watching the end of Toy Story 4 and it didn't seem worth it to make him miss the last 20 mins of it.
We have launched it aimlessly more tonight than all of Kenny's previous games put together
This is better tonight. So far anyway.
Idah been very poor so far
First time Idah was able to able to run into a bit of space and Rodon made a cracking recovery tackle. Great ball by Brady,
Robbie Brady has had a very good game as that 10
Depressing game as expected. Agree Idah poor, it’s still a year or two too early for him as stated previously. He badly needs proper game time. RLP’s man is ok, lost ball badly a couple of times but did well on occasion. O’Shea has been loose and casual surprisingly. No real standouts for me. At least we are still in it I suppose
Yeah, that was my take-away from the first half too. Idah's touch has been poor, and Brady really should have done better with his two chances instead of skying them over. Sums up our goal threat again. Defensively we seem fine and it'll probably be decided by one goal (if we even get that)
That was a decent first half. It has helped that the midfield are much more proactive this evening and have looked to go forward whenever possible (No Hourihane helps).
Also more urgency in the press which has won us the ball in good positions.
Randolph and Duffy have gone long a few times this evening but mixing it up like this gives the Welsh press something to think about. Small details like this are a positive sign.
Idah should really be playing more aggressively for a lad of his size. He's the same height as Andy Carroll but the way he plays is on the timid side. He needs to use his physical advantage more when pressing defenders.
